Above is are six “Graduate Attributes” icons we designed for Sheffield Hallam University. The brief was to create full colour icons for use on the web and in documents, to represent six skills:

• Communicate effectively
• Understanding and using data effectively
• Be computer literate and use a variety of psychological tools
• Problem solving and critical thinking
• Be sensitive to the needs and expectations of the audience
• Be a more independent and pragmatic learner
